Webkinz Signatures has opened up a Webkinz Help,Support,and Techincal Issues section.
We had alot of people emailing us saying there are some people who need help. Here below, I posted some questions and answers. If you still need help, you can always email WebkinzSupport82@gmail.com
1) Question: What is Webkinz?
Answer: Webkinz pets are lovable plush pets that each come with a unique Secret Code that lets you enter
Webkinz World and play with a virtual version of your pet.
2) Question: Can I join Webkinz World for free?
Answer: No, unfortunately, you must first buy a Webkinz pet, which gives you one year of access to our site. To find the nearest store where you can buy Webkinz pets, go to the main Webkinz page and click on the Store Locator button in the lower right.
3) Question: How do I register?
Answer: On the welcome page, click on "New Member." Ms. Birdy will guide you through the rest of the registration. You will need your Secret Code in order to register. Your Secret Code is around the ankle of your Webkinz pet.
4) Question: Is there any cheat codes for Webkinz?
Answer: No, and there won't be. If you try, we will delete your account forever so
don't listen to anyone who gives you a cheat code.
5) Question: How many Webkinz can I adopt?
Answer: While there is no official limit to the number of pets you can adopt, we recommend that you do not adopt more than 100 pets on a single account. When you reach 100 pets, please start a new Webkinz World account!
6) Question: My Webkinz didn't come with a Secret Code
Answer: All Webkinz pets must be sold with a code. If yours did not come with a code, please take it back to the store where you bought it and get another Webkinz pet that has a code. If you were sold a Webkinz pet without a secret code, it is the retailer’s responsibility to replace the pet.
7) Question: Can I share an account with a friend?
Answer: One code only gets you one Webkinz World account, which can only be played on by one person at a time. Additionally, Webkinz does not condone the sharing of passwords between users as it can result in the breaching of accounts and loss of Kinzcash and items.
8) Question: How do I renew my account?
Answer: Before your account expires, you will be notified by Webkinz, via KinzPost reminding you to adopt a new pet. When your account does expire, you will have a grace period of 14 days, after which you will no longer be able to access your Webkinz account. Don't worry, though, your pet, items, rooms and KinzCash will be fine for a minimum of 30 days during which you can renew your account for another year by adopting a new Webkinz or Lil'Kinz pet. As soon as you adopt your new pet, you will automatically be able to play with all of your pets on your account.
Remember: If your account has expired, you must adopt your new pet through the “LOG IN” button. “NEW MEMBER” is for new members only.
